She has a calm and friendly approach with children, and spends time evolving a rapport with each child. She is able to entertain and amuse, while parents are discussing results and options for management. Jean is qualified to undertake ear irrigations if needed.

Sam El Kaissi
Ear Mould Technician

We are very lucky to have Sam to make our ear moulds in-house. Well-fitting ear moulds for babies and children are critical for appropriate amplification from hearing aids. By having Sam's expertise, we have our own quality control for ear moulds for each individual child. Ear moulds are turned around and back with families within a week.

Family Testimonial

"Josephine and the Chear team have been an extremely important part of our lives since our son Max was diagnosed severely deaf when only a few days old. Chear’s knowledge of all the technical wizardry combined with their good humour and understanding of children (and their parents) makes the organisation so special."

"What could be like a trip to the dentist becomes an outing our son enjoys, and as his speech surpasses anything we could have dared dream of when he was first diagnosed we have no doubt that we owe no small part of this to the ongoing work with Chear."
Parents of Max (age 4), London.

New Testimonial

“We were so impressed by your excellent assessment last week. It was professional, friendly and slick, followed by a clear explanation and logical plan of action. I was intrigued by your skill in encouraging a toddler to co-operate. Ella believed she was taking part in a pleasurable game. Your extensive experience is so obvious. Thank you.”
